In the unexpected event where a manufacturers price changes, The Kitchen Bath Boutique reserves the rights to change prices without notice.

Prices and specifications of products are subject to change without notice or obligation. The Kitchen Bath Boutique may also change prices of its products without notice or obligation. While The Kitchen Bath Boutique endeavors to provide you with accurate information and descriptions of products, accuracy and completeness cannot be guaranteed. The Kitchen Bath Boutique is not responsible for, nor does it have any liability for any mistakes or typographical errors, including liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages. All products should be inspected and measured promptly upon delivery and certainly before any improvements or alterations are done in anticipation of or preparation for installation. Kitchen Bah Plus assumes no liability for the use of such information or for any damages incurred through its use or application.

DISPUTE OR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS
If your check is returned or if you dispute a legitimate transaction, we may electronically debit your account for the service fees allowed by your state.
We currently accepting Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal for online purchases. We also accept bank checks (money orders, cashier’s check, etc.) or bank wire transfers when an order is placed over the phone with a sales person at (866) 656-0175. When you purchase from The Kitchen Bath Boutique your credit will be processed in full. This also applies to all back orders.
An inter-state commerce sale is not charged sales tax unless you are in North Carolina. Please contact us with any questions at (866) 656-0175
In the unlikely event that the item is defective or is shipped incorrectly, please call us immediately with your purchase order number, the model number and details of what is defective with the item or what you received wrong. Contact the RGA department at (866) 656-0175
Items ordered from The Kitchen Bath Boutique with the exception of some special ordered items and all custom made items will be eligible for return for up to 30 days after the date of invoice. All items will incur a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of some special order items which may incur up to a 50% restocking fee when specified by the vendor. In addition, return freight charges and or re-boxing fees may apply to special order items. We will not accept returns for custom made items.
We will not accept any returns after 30-days from the date of invoice, with the exception of an error made on our part.
Any damages should be noted no later than 48 hours after receiving the product. We are not responsible for damages noted after this time period.
Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or cancellations of items ordered that previously have been discontinued.
Most stock orders are shipped and picked the same day they are received. Restocking fees will apply plus return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer on all orders that have already shipped. Original freight will not be reimbursed. All stock orders, which have already shipped will need approval prior to returning Special or custom orders may not be stopped, changed, or cancelled after the order has been placed.
Items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which provides warranty to the original purchaser, installed in a residential application. Manufacture warranty policies differ from each manufacture. See the manufacture warranty policy.
